Single upright monuments are prohibited in Cemetery.
All fees or encumbrances due on a lot must be paid in full prior to any memorial being placed on the lot, including any installation fee.
Bronze corner markers are allowed on all lots with a minimum of two spaces and must be installed at grade level.
In the event a memorial is placed where it is necessary to remove it for an interment or disinterment, the cemetery shall have the right to remove such memorial without notice to the lot owner.
The cemetery may, at its own expense, without any liability, correct any error that may occur in the placing of a foundation or memorial.
Monuments shall be set in accordance with the general plan of the cemetery. In the monument section of the cemetery, not more than two memorials may be placed on a grave, which includes the primary monument placed in the monument easement. Foot markers used in conjunction with family memorials will be permitted on plot of two graves or more. All foot markers must be set 2” above grade. Foot markers must be made of granite and shall not exceed 28” by 16” unless otherwise approved by the cemetery. Flush bronze gardens are limited to one memorial per space.
Photographs and porcelain material may be incorporated into any memorial, upon approval by the cemetery. No protective glass or breakable material of any kind will be allowed on the memorial.
Monument base cannot exceed 60 inches or an eight foot maximum for family estates of four lots. The tablet of monument must be at least six inches thick. The base and tablet together cannot exceed five feet in height. Foundation of monument shall be two feet in width which will include a minimum apron of four inches around the entire base of monument. Foundation shall be constructed of concrete being a minimum of four inches thick. All foundations must be set flush with the ground. If any fault resulting from improper installation of foundation by a Memorial Service Contractor develops at any time after date of installation, the installer of such foundation shall rectify the condition without cost to others.
