To David's entire family both in the USA & UK please accept my condolences for your recent loss. I was so sad to hear of Dave's recent passing. I will always remember the good times I spent with Dave both here in England growing up and later during my visits to the USA. I would hope that all family & Friends can comfort each other at this sad & difficult time by celebrating his life. God bless you Dave and thanks for being my friend. Love JC and Family.
