Joe Dale Clement, 58, passed from this life Sunday January 17, 2016. He was born in Altus, Oklahoma the son of Thurman Dale and Shirley (Turner) Clement. He was a proud American who loved his country and a big follower of NASA and the space program. Joe enjoyed all types of boating and fishing. Most of all he loved all kinds of animals. Joe leaves precious memories with his mother and step-father, Shirley and Ron Wiley; brother, John Reiff; sister, Judy Murphy; long time friend and roommate, Cassandre Brown; and many other friends and loved ones.
