Timothy Evan Clayburn left this earth on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at the age 63. He was born March 16, 1952 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to his parents, Henry F. and Audrey May (Erdman) Clayburn. After graduating from Capitol Hill High School, Tim attended Minnesota State University on a wrestling scholarship and later Oklahoma State University, where he earned his Degree in Microbiology. Tim worked in the insurance field for many years, having owned his own Farmers Insurance Agency before going to work with Universal Insurance Company. He left these endeavors to pursue a career in residential development. Along with his wife, Sharon Lynn (White) Clayburn, they owned and operated Clayburn Development Company for the past 15 years. The developed many homes in the Gallardia, Esperanza, and Edgewater areas of Oklahoma City. In his spare time, Tim really enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family and friends. In 2003, Tim was baptized at Eagle Heights Church, where he attended for many years before moving to the Edmond area. He was a very kind, thoughtful, and generous man, who was always meeting the needs of others. He freely gave of his time, talents, and resources, always putting others first before himself. He was known for his calm manner and sweet disposition. He was a loving husband, devoted father, doting grandfather and loyal friend who will be deeply missed.
Timothy was preceded in death by his:

Grandson, Trenton Scott Davis.
Timothy is survived by his loving:
Wife of nearly 26 years, Sharon Lynn (White) Clayburn;
Son, Ryan Clayburn and partner, Jeff;
Daughter, Heather Davis and her husband, Brian;
Granddaughters: Lauren and Addalee Davis;
Step-son, Michael Coleman;
Former wife, Christie Reed-Williams;
Brother-in-law, “Uncle” Mike White;
Sister and Brother-in-law: Sandra & Brian Talbott;
Niece, Erica Talbott and her fiancé, Abe;
