Billie, 86, went to be with the Lord on June 6, 2016. The daughter of Estella (Hobbs) & Rev. E.D. Bagwell, Billie was born November 6, 1929 in Mayfield, Oklahoma. After graduating from Apache High School, she began earning her credentials for the Assemblies of God and became licensed in 1948 and held this status for 68 years. While at church, she met her sweetheart, Rual W. Robins and they later wed on August 24, 1950. Together, they shared more than 46 years of marriage until his passing on August 6, 1996. A longtime member of Capitol Hill Assembly of God, Billie was active in OK District of the Assembly of God. She was a dedicated homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family and serving the Lord. She will be fondly remembered for being a loving “grandmother” to everyone. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister, Cloetta Bagwell; she leaves behind her loving children: Larry Robins of Plano, TX, Linda Robins of OKC, OK and Viaretta Keith of Bullhead City, AZ; 5 grandchildren: Sean Keith & wife, Christy, Andrea Moeller & husband, Ryan, Amelia Keith, Ethan Robins & Hannah Robins; 2 great grandchildren: Owen & Lily Keith; numerous other loving family & friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Missions Memorial Fund at Capitol Hill Assembly of God, 2400 SW 74th St, OKC, OK 73159. Viewing will be at the funeral home from 4-8 PM Thursday & Friday with the family greeting friends 6-8 PM Friday. Services to celebrate her life will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Capitol Hill Assembly of God.
