Michael Leon “Mike” Underwood, 65, was born September 22, 1943 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mike loved horses and cows and worked at the Oklahoma City Stockyards as a Stockman. Mike graduated from Crooked Oak High School in 1962 and received a Bachelor Degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Mike was a loving husband and a good father.

• His wife Carolyn of the home
• Son Jesse Underwood of Ft. Worth, Texas
• Daughter Alana Underwood of Ft. Collins, Colorado
• Sister Nancy Shaffer of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
• Grandchildren, Jesse Underwood, Jr., Carson Underwood and Katherine Underwood
