Mary Joan Hejduk joined Heaven’s angels on Thursday, July 28, 2016 surrounded by her family. Mary was born December 23, 1931 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to her parents, John Forrest and Hester Orlean (Engle) Parcell. After graduating from Bowlegs High School, she married her sweetheart, Gene Hejduk and became an LPN, where she put her servant’s heart to good use. Mary positively influenced many lives with her nurturing, compassionate, and captivating personality. Her smile would lift any spirits. In her spare time, Mary enjoyed playing games and hosting parties, but what she truly loved was any time spent with her family. A loving wife, devoted mother and doting grandmother, Mary will be deeply missed.

Mary was preceded in death by her:
Parents;
Son, Mike Thompson;
Granddaughter, Thera Thompson;
Grandson, Tyler Thompson.

Mary leaves behind her loving:
Husband of 44 years, Gene Hejduk;
Son, Gene Thompson and his wife, Ranay;
Son, Larry Thompson and his wife, Linda;
Son, Clifford Turner
Daughter-in-law, Kathy Thompson;
Four grandchildren: Ryan, Sarah, Justin, and Lindsey;
Three Great Grandchildren: Gillian, Paityn and Bryce;
Many other loving family and friends.
