The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Richard Hall can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Steven Fears

Please accept my condolences for Dick Hall's passing. I had the privilege of teaching and coaching with him at Southeast High School from 1986 to 1990. He was a great guy to work with and know. I met him when he was coaching at Northeast High School, and we developed a good friendship. This continued after Southeast closed, and I went on to Capitol Hill and later U.S. Grant, and he went over to Douglas. Wherever he was, he did a great job of coaching. He was also a very giving person and just a nice man! He will be missed greatly. He was an asset to the Oklahoma City Public Schools, and I enjoyed the time that I knew him and worked with him. I have many great memories of him. I will miss him. My prayers are with all of you at this time of sorrow. May God lift you up and comfort you with His Love and the Love of Christ. Be at Peace, Steve Fears
