C.L. Lewis departed this earthly life on Saturday, May 1, 2010 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 86. He was born May 6, 1923 to Herbert and Loretta Mae (Lininger) Lewis. C.L. worked as a Personnel Manager at Tinker Air Force Base. An avid outdoorsman, C.L. enjoyed elk and turkey hunting, camping in the snow in Colorado and going to the lake. He was a Mason and a member of NRA. A man of many talents, C.L. also played the role of Judas several times in the Easter Pagent play in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He also enjoyed life’s simpler pleasures such as a good conversation, a hot cup of coffee, and a delicious dessert. He was a loving father and grandfather who was loved dearly and will be greatly missed.

Son, Mark Daniel Lewis;
Wife of 56 years, Ruby Anne Lewis.
He leaves behind his:
Daughter, Vicki Lee Dorrough and husband, Bryce of Norman, Oklahoma;
Daughter, Karen Anne Rankin and husband, Mark of Chickasha, Oklahoma;
Daughter, Terri Lynn Lewis of Aubrey, Texas;
7 Grandchildren;
