Sandra, 71, passed away at home Dec 10, 2015. She was born May 21, 1944 in Mnpls, MN to Willard & Dorothy Nelson. On Feb 10, 1968 Sandra married Douglas Ordon, and together they spent 24 years raising a family of four children before their divorce. During this marriage, they moved their family to Chicago in ’81. She later moved to OKC. Sandra was the definition of a homemaker. She was Martha Stewart before Martha Stewart, always skilled in cooking, decorating & crafting. She loved to read. Sandra stayed active in every aspect of her family & children’s lives, whether it was school, Girl and Boy Scouts or being a caretaker to anyone in need. She is preceded in death by her parents & sister, Carletta Black. She is survived by her ex-husband, Douglas Ordon; children, Elizabeth Soling & husband Craig, Kathleen Ernst & husband Robert, Thomas Ordon & Margarete Ordon & husband Jonathan Muzzall; granddaughters, Payton, Riley & Dylan Soling; stepgrandchildren, Matthew Ernst & wife Jennifer & Kristen Ernst; stepgreat-grandchild, Caiden Ernst; nieces & nephews, Curtis Black, Sharon Black, Donald Black & Pamela Black Avitts & their families. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the American Heart Association in her name.
