Evelyn Robertson, 86, left this world Dec. 19, 2016 surrounded by family. She was born Feb. 24, 1930 in Waterloo, IA to Moses & Agnes Lemons. After high school, she married Lawrence Robertson and their marriage was blessed with six children. Evelyn devoted her time to her family and faithfully served as a homemaker throughout her life. She loved horses and gardening, but mostly loved spending time with her family. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, doting grandmother & cherished sister who will be deeply missed.
Evelyn was preceded in death by:
• her parents;
• husband of 18 years Lawrence Robertson;
• sisters Yvonne Hanson and Maxine Lott &
• brother Bob Cronan.
She leaves behind precious memories with:
• son, Lawrence Robertson;
• daughters Larena Kizer & husband Mark, Bonnie Briden & husband Michael, Rynda Robertson, Susan Miller, and Bertrina Jones;
• sisters Mary Decker and Madeline Allensworth,
• 19 grandchildren,
• 24 great grandchildren,
• son-in-law Dale Harriman,
• many other beloved family & friends.
