Memorial services to celebrate her life will be 2:00 PM, Friday June 30, 2017 at the South Colonial Chapel (6934 S. Western).
Edna, 83, went to be with the lord Tuesday morning surrounded by her family. She will be remembered as a provider, always working to take care of her family. For years, Edna worked as a waitress at Cattleman’s, & the Kettle to name a few. In her most recent years, she loved to play card games, Yahtzee & Skipbo with her family & friends, & was an avid BINGO player. When she wasn’t entertaining family, she would lose herself in the pages of a book, or watch Wheel of Fortune on TV. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother & great-grandmother who will be deeply missed. Preceded in death by two husbands, Glen Guffin & Richard Ormsby; one son, Glen Patrick Guffin; & her closest friend Tressie Money. Edna is survived by her son Greg Guffin & his wife Victoria; seven Grandchildren, one great-granddaughter.
