Miguel Jose Mata Jr. “Mikey” 37 went to be with the Lord Saturday August 5, 2017 surrounded by his family and friends. Mikey was born April 15, 1980 to Miguel Jose Mata SR. and Wanda Sue Owens Mata. He enjoyed fishing, going to Indian pow-wows, camping and visiting with his family and friends. He was loved by all who knew him. Mikey never met a stranger.
Mikey was preceded in death by:
• his mother,
• and both sets of grandparents.
He is survived by:
• his father Miguel Mata Sr. and wife Marianne;
• sister Michelle Cole;
• 4 nieces, Lisa and Dustin Bailey, Hannah, Josefina and Jeremy Conrad, and Lydia;
• 1 nephew, Travis;
• 3 great nieces, Mykah, Julia, and Averie;
• 2 great nephews, Cole and Luke;
• and lots of family and friends.
