my name is peggy mccullough and i met david shannon on 7-28-2015. it seems like yesterday. it was orientation day at goodwill industries. we hit it off right off the bat and had so much in common. even though we were sent to different locations after training we talked on the phone once or twice daily. i looked forward to those visits daily. we found out about each others families, background, and personal struggles. thats when i learned about davids problem with booze.during our 2 year relationship i kept on insisting he should go to rehab you cant do it on your own believe me i know i had a similar problem with prescription drug about 3 years ago but i went to rehab and have been sober ever since i do know david loved and adored his family so much he talked with me at length about zip lining, hilarys weedding, gina and bills buying buying a new home and just talking about the love he had for his family unforunately we had gotten into an   argument about him calling me at work drunk needless to say i was shocked to say to see his name in the paper that sunday or i would have been at the memorial service. i would love to hear from any of you about david i know he truly loved me i will never forget him
