Linda Sue White joined Heaven’s angels on Friday, May 11, 2018 at the age of 72. The daughter of Thomas W. and Ada D. (Barker) Graves, Linda was born on January 6, 1946 in Konawa, Oklahoma. She married the love of her life, Hershel Eugene “Gene” White and to this union of marriage was blessed with two daughters, Theresa and Diana. In addition to being a loving wife, devoted mother and dedicated homemaker, Linda also worked as a secretary for many years. She was a longtime member of Exchange Ave Baptist Church. In her spare time, Linda loved fishing, camping, going to the casino, playing dominoes and card games like poker and canasta. Linda loved to visit with people, even people she didn’t know, who were complete strangers. She will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by her:
Parents;
Daughter, Theresa Jean White;
Daughter, Diana Delor White;
Brother, Thomas Wilburn Graves;
Sister-in-law, Hazel Louise White;
Brother-in-law, William E. White.
She leaves behind cherished memories with her loving:
Husband, Hershel Eugene “Gene” White;
Furbabies, Brownie and Blackie, who protected her from everyone, including Gene;
Brother-in-law, Darrell White and his wife, Karen;
Brother-in-law, John White and his wife, Pat;
Sister-in-law, Anita Blevins
Cousins: Nancy Barker and Neva Jo;
Many nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
